Step 2

Choose your services

To help you get started, you can choose from four service bundles or you can create your own Home Care Package by selecting from a full list of available services. These include things like personal care, help around the home, pet care, allied health services and social outings.

Step 3

Get a quick estimate

Once you’ve created your own Home Care Package or selected the service options that suit you, we’ll calculate a quick estimate on the spot. From here, you can contact our team any time on 1300 22 11 22 for assistance with any revisions or questions before you put your plan into action.

Our service options

Bolton Clarke has a range of home care options designed to support your needs and interests. These can also be tailored with additional services.

Everyday Care

Receive a little extra help with everyday activities around the home so you can enjoy your day. This could include nursing care, assistance with medication or personal care such as showering and dressing, general cleaning, assistance with meals and shopping.

Home and Garden

We’ll ensure your house and garden is kept in good condition, and is as safe as possible. This may include lawn mowing, laundry and ironing, cleaning, minor repairs and maintenance, or modifications to make day-to-day life easier.

Active Living

Live the independent life and keep healthy and active. Services may include walks in the park and exercise groups to keep fit. We can even organise for falls prevention and rehabilitation services with physiotherapists and other specialist professionals.

Social Connection

Stay connected with your family, friends and community, and the activities you enjoy. This services bundle may include transport to community events, social club outings, places of interest and hobbies, or assistance with using technology to interact with family and friends.

Maureen

Maureen makes the most of her Level 2 Home Care Package to stay active and confident in her home and community.
With the help of her Home Care Package Advisor, Maureen has chosen several services that help her remain as independent as possible. She chose the Home & Garden bundle to keep on top of vacuuming and mowing the lawn. She also uses occasional transport services to help her stay active at the local pool.

John and Vera

John and Vera are able to remain at home with support from John’s Level 4 Package.
John and his wife Vera’s lives changed when John was diagnosed with dementia. John requires extra support to stay at home with Vera as his full-time carer. Their Home Care Package Advisor helps by coordinating and planning the use of John’s funds to include respite care and resources to support Vera.
